Directions:

1. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00PM CST, October 7, 2004. 
2.  Late proposals will not be considered.
3. Faxed proposals or signature pages will not be considered. 
4. Final copy proposals will be accepted via email and hard copy through regular mail; however, while electronic copies of proposals will be accepted, proposals are not eligible for review unless an original signature page is received by the deadline.
